It may be cold outside

It may be cold outside but it is a great time to visit Parwich. We have had some lovely frosts and the cosy barns are a great place to come back to after a nice stroll around the Peak District. Douglas’s Barn has an electric fire to give instant heat, not that you should need it with the central heating, and Tom’s Barn has a lovely log burner to toast your toes by. Dates are filling up but still plenty to go for. Short break are available all year. Just give us a call if you can’t find what you are looking for.

Happy New Year to you all – our 3rd here!

Happy New Year to you all. We are about to celebrate the start of our 3rd year as the owners of Orchard Farm and Tom’s and Douglas’s Barns. We are still loving every minute of it and really enjoying all the lovely people and dogs that come to stay in the Barns. This year by we are changing our policy on short breaks. Previously these were limited between October and Easter but people’s lifestyles seem to be changing with more short breaks being taken. In response to this we have decided to offer short break throughout the year. Hopefully this will still allow those that want a longer break to be able to book them. If you can not find what you want available on the calendar or you are looking to book in on a different day or need a shorter break than usual please give us a call to discuss.

Wishing all our past present and future guests a very Happy New Year. Following the sad passing of Barni in June we made a decision to have another dog to keep Izzy company. We were hoping to rehome a Vizsla but there were none suitable. Izzy’s sister was in pup and we were lucky enough […]
