What you will find at Tom’s Barn & Douglas’s Barn

Tom’s and Douglas’s Barns are luxury holiday cottages but the luxury is discreet, relying on top quality equipment kept in excellent condition, with everything spotlessly clean.

To the point of being unbusinesslike we do not believe in shortcuts or false economies. (And don’t expect fancy swags or masses of cushions all over the bed…)

We want you to feel instantly welcome and at home, relaxed and happy knowing that you will be warm and comfortable, with pretty well everything you need for that perfect holiday.

If we were staying in the holiday cottage of our dreams we wouldn’t want to load the car with half our kitchen cupboards and contents, bring our own tea towels, and we don’t expect you to, either.

All you need bring is your clothes and personal belongings, and of course ingredients for any meals you want to cook, and any wine, beer etc. (And don’t forget your slippers…!)

And our wish list for our perfect holiday cottage – and what you will find…
