For walking there can’t be many spots to rival the Peak District (and not that many can better the choice immediately available to guests in our two Orchard Farm holiday cottages). Without even getting into the car there is something to suit everyone, right from the doorstep and all in such beautiful surroundings.

Many walking and Peak District websites and our Out and About page will have more ideas for you, which you can look at before you arrive, or while here.
And when you get back, whether after a two mile potter or a twenty mile marathon, there is a gorgeous bath awaiting you and- on a more practical level – you may even possibly be grateful for boot dryers and a washing machine.
